I placed it late Wednesday evening with overnight shipping, imperative that I have it by Friday, I was doubtful I would receive it in time being I live in the middle of nowhere; but BGB delivered, big time. I am so, so amazed with the service. I'm used to getting so-so customer service from online boutiques, so the amazingly speedy replies to my many emails and total willingness to accommodate my strange requests really stood out. In the end, after much drooling over everything in the store, I ended up buying two Stop Staring items and some Anne Koplik jewellery. The Stop Staring items are actually in two different sizes due to Babygirl's advice, and both fit beautifully, and the earrings are stunning. I am absolutely delighted with the quality of the things I ordered, they are just about the most gorgeous things I've owned. They also arrived in record time - less than a week after placing the order, they pitched up at my house in the UK which is again almost unheard of.
